Happy Thursday everyone!! So today, I'd like to share a few photos of little moments around my home, that I've mostly posted on Instagram, plus a couple more...I would like to do a full home tour soon, but there are little things that are still needing to be finished, so until then, here are some teasers...

If I had to go back to my roots in decorating, I am a Victorian at heart....the detailed mouldings and trims, crystal chandeliers, and hardwood floors....all of which this beautiful home tour has for you, but what I love about Rosy Strazzeri-Fridman's home is that she has a modern edge mixed into it, which is also a style I love, so when the two are mixed, I go a bit crazy! My Weakness For White...

I have such a weakness for white in my home right now...I love how bright it is and then with the touches of black and grey, when I do add some color, it totally pops. For the last year, I have gradually changed out all my dark furniture for a bright and airy, slightly boho look. I mean, lets be real, those of you who know me, know I am forever and a day changing things! But I do know that for a long time I have wanted to change to white but it scared me! I started with all white bedding a few years ago and I love it, but I did learn the hard way that a white sofa was not for me. On the other hand, my all white kitchen is so gloriously beautiful, I'm pretty sure I'll be keeping that look for awhile too! I also went with white walls throughout and oh how I love those! SO...I think that my gradual turn to white has been a slow and steady change and what I know for sure is that it makes me happy. Here are some of my Pinterest pins that have been inspiring me...

The Art Of Making An Entrance....

Hi everyone! I love first walking into someones home and getting that first impression of the home they have made for themselves. If its done right you will also get a sense for who they are. I love to have a table with a few things you may see elsewhere in my home, such as nice lighting, a piece of art, books, a tray, a candle and some fresh flowers. Its also nice to have a small stool or ottoman that tucks under the table for guests to have a place to sit while putting their shoes on. Here are a few inspiring photos for you...

Splash of Neon...

Happy Monday everyone!! I have a very white space right now and to give it some "pop", I sometimes add a splash of color, and once in awhile, its neon. I do the same with fashion actually, sometimes adding a neon belt or piece of jewelry, I think my very fashionable daughter keeps me young and trendy with all her picks in  her daily outfits and she always seems to have some neon mixed in somewhere!
